Code Ann. § 40-43-150","heading":"Procedures for investigations, hearings, injunctive actions, and disciplinary actions; voluntary surrender of license; appeal.","body":"(A) Investigations and hearings must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 40-1-80.\n(B) Restraining orders and cease and desist orders shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 40-1-100.\n(C) Upon determination by the board that one or more of the grounds for disciplining a licensee or permittee exists, as provided for in Section 40-1-110, the board may, in addition to the actions provided for in Section 40-1-120, impose a fine not to exceed an amount set by the board in regulation.\n(D) A licensee or permittee who is under investigation for any of the grounds provided for in Section 40-1-110 for which the board may take disciplinary action must voluntarily surrender his license or permit to the board in accordance with Section 40-1-150.\n(E) A person aggrieved by an action of the board may seek review of the decision in accordance with Section 40-1-160.","path":["Title 40 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 43 South Carolina Pharmacy Practice Act"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t40c043.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T07:22:44Z","sha256":"4a9704909977ff24a517464a7505716b49a3d9a7c92dea6952d74cfa0abbf63c","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-40-43-140","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-40-43-160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
