Code Ann. § 40-47-1610","heading":"Injunctions; fines; actions by unregistered persons.","body":"(A) The Administrative Law Court, after opportunity for hearing, may order injunctive relief against a person who, without possessing a valid certificate pursuant to this article, uses the title or term registered cardiovascular invasive specialist.
