Code Ann. § 40-47-44","heading":"Application for reinstatement of license.","body":"In addition to compliance with all of the terms and conditions for reinstatement of a licensee required in a final order of the board, the licensee shall provide documented evidence of compliance with all other requirements for reactivation or renewal of authorization to practice before authorization may be issued. It is the licensee's responsibility to present clear and convincing evidence of rehabilitation that is satisfactory to the board.
