Code Ann. § 40-47-915","heading":"Application of article.","body":"This article does not apply to a person:\n(1) who is employed as a PA by the United States Government, where such services are provided solely under the direction or control of the United States Government;\n(2) pursuing a course of study leading to a degree or certificate to practice as a physician assistant in a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, or its successor agency, provided, however, the person must be clearly identified by a badge or other adornment with that person's name and the words \"Physician Assistant Student\" clearly legible.
