Code Ann. § 40-5-50","heading":"Filing of rules and regulations; effective date; conflict with other laws.","body":"All rules and regulations promulgated and adopted under the terms of SECTIONS 40-5-20 and 40-5-40 shall be filed with the clerk of the Supreme Court and shall not be effective until the lapse of three months after they are so filed.
