Code Ann. § 40-60-150","heading":"Voluntary surrender of license.","body":"A licensee under investigation for a violation of this chapter or a regulation promulgated under this chapter may voluntarily surrender the license to practice in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 40-1-150. A person whose license is voluntarily surrendered may not practice or represent himself or herself to be authorized to practice until the board takes final action in the pending disciplinary matter. The voluntary surrender of a license is subject to public disclosure in accordance with Chapter 4 of Title 30.
