Code Ann. § 40-60-530","heading":"Voluntary surrender of registration; public disclosure.","body":"A registrant under investigation for a violation of this article or a regulation promulgated under this article may voluntarily surrender his registration to practice, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 40-1-150. A person whose registration is voluntarily surrendered may not practice or represent himself as authorized to practice until the board takes final action in the pending disciplinary matter. The voluntary surrender of a registration is subject to public disclosure pursuant to Chapter 4, Title 30.
