Code Ann. § 40-61-50","heading":"Remission of revenues; assessment of fees; annual report.","body":"All revenues and income from certificates, examination fees, other fees, sale of commodities, and services and income derived from any board source or activity must be remitted to the State Treasurer as collected, when practicable, and credited to the general fund of the State.
