Code Ann. § 40-75-540","heading":"Regulations for continuing education; license renewal.","body":"(A) The board shall promulgate regulations in accordance with Chapter 23, Title 1 (Administrative Procedures Act) establishing requirements for continuing education which must be met by a person licensed as a licensed psycho-educational specialist.
