Code Ann. § 40-8-140","heading":"Cemetery signs.","body":"All cemeteries in this State shall display a sign at each entrance containing letters not less than six inches in height stating \"Perpetual Care\" or \"Endowment Care\" or \"No Perpetual Care\" or \"No Endowment Care\" depending upon which method of operation the cemetery is using.\nThose cemeteries which furnish perpetual care to some portions and no perpetual care to other portions shall display these signs on the appropriate sections of the cemetery to which the sign applies.
