Code Ann. § 40-81-120","heading":"Disciplinary violations; sanctions.","body":"(A) Upon a determination by the commission that one or more of the grounds for discipline exists, in addition to the actions provided for in Sections 40-1-120 and 40-1-130, the commission may:\n(1) refuse to renew a license or revoke or suspend a license for all or any part of the unexpired portion of the license;\n(2) impose a fine of not more than one thousand dollars for each violation.\n(B) A sanction imposed or disciplinary action taken pursuant to this section may be appealed to an administrative law judge pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act.","path":["Title 40 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 81 State Athletic Commission"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t40c081.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T07:24:49Z","sha256":"d8b620e012a7c7c37898744eea45e13cfc55f964c349a92bf029a6281e42f146","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-40-81-115","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-40-81-130"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
