Code Ann. § 41-43-180","heading":"Determination of economically distressed areas; criteria.","body":"The authority must maintain a list of the most economically distressed areas of the State. Each area must be within or coexistent with the boundaries of one of the forty-six counties. The list must be determined in accordance with criteria set forth in the regulations of the authority.
