Code Ann. § 43-31-40","heading":"State Agency of Vocational Rehabilitation; appointment and terms of members.","body":"The Governor shall appoint a State Agency of Vocational Rehabilitation to be composed of seven members, and this agency shall provide for the administration of this chapter. The members of the agency shall consist of one member from each congressional district. The Governor, upon the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint the members. The members shall serve a term of seven years.
