Code Ann. § 43-5-1275","heading":"Electronic data interchange standards.","body":"As applicable, all state agencies shall adopt Electronic Data Interchange Standards as set forth by the Division of Technology Operations so that exchanges and sharing of information concerning AFDC clients and revenue sources are freely available. However, in the exchange and sharing of information all requirements for confidentiality of information must be maintained.
