Code Ann. § 44-117-20","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Patient prescription drug information\" means data that is conveyed by or on behalf of a practitioner in ordering a prescription drug or device before being dispensed and that identifies the patient as the recipient of the prescription drug or device.
