Code Ann. § 44-20-770","heading":"Denial, suspension, or revocation of license; grounds.","body":"The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities shall deny, suspend, or revoke a license on any of the following grounds:\n(1) failure to establish or maintain proper standards of care and service as prescribed by the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or the department;\n(2) conduct or practices detrimental to the health or safety of residents or employees of the day program.
