Code Ann. § 44-7-1830","heading":"Terms of office of members of board.","body":"The term of office of the members of the board shall be six years. The initial terms however shall be adjusted in the following manner:\nAt the first meeting of the board, the initial terms of the eighteen representatives from the six counties shall be determined by lot with six of the members to serve a term of six years, six of the members to serve a term of four years, and six of the members to serve a term of two years.
