Code Ann. § 44-7-2050","heading":"Officers of board of directors; compensation; term of office.","body":"The board, at its initial meeting, shall elect one of its members as chairman, one as vice-chairman, and one as secretary.\nThe officers shall serve for a term of two years and until their successors are elected and qualify.
