Code Ann. § 44-7-580","heading":"Maintaining on file all cooperative agreements which certificates of public advantage remain in effect.","body":"The department shall maintain on file all cooperative agreements for which certificates of public advantage remain in effect. A dispute among the parties to a cooperative agreement concerning its meaning or terms is governed by normal principles of contract or other applicable law. A party to a cooperative agreement who terminates the agreement shall notify the department within fifteen days of the termination.
