Code Ann. § 44-7-960","heading":"Duties and compensation of treasurer.","body":"The treasurer of the city or town in which the hospital is to be established shall serve as the treasurer of the hospital board of trustees, in addition to his regular duties, without additional compensation to himself unless the governing body of such city or town shall provide for and pay additional compensation.
