Code Ann. § 45-9-85","heading":"Penalty for violating confidentiality provisions.","body":"Any person violating the confidentiality provision of Section 45-9-60 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
