Code Ann. § 47-13-130","heading":"Appropriation of funds in event of outbreak of diseases in animals and poultry.","body":"Whenever the commission certifies to the Governor that an outbreak of disease in animals or poultry has occurred within the State and that state or federal law has established an eradication program for the disease concerned, there must be appropriated out of the general fund of the State amounts necessary to cover indemnity payments provided for in Section 47-13-360.
