Code Ann. § 47-22-30","heading":"Duties of commission and director.","body":"The commission is the governing and policymaking body for the department, and is authorized to promulgate regulations that are necessary and proper to carry out the purpose and provisions of this chapter. The commission must delegate the administrative and enforcement duties provided for in this chapter to the director.
