Code Ann. § 48-27-100","heading":"Power of board to subpoena witnesses and documents and to administer oaths; compensation of witnesses.","body":"In carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter the Board may, under the hand of its chairman and seal of the Board, subpoena witnesses and compel their attendance and may also require the production of books, papers, and documents in a case involving the revocation of a license or practicing or offering to practice without a license under the title of registered forester. Any member of the Board may administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses appearing before the Board.
