Code Ann. § 48-27-260","heading":"Injunctive relief and civil fines.","body":"The Board may, either before or after the institution of criminal proceedings, institute civil action in the circuit court, in the name of the State, for injunctive relief against any person violating the provisions of this chapter, or the regulations or orders of the Board.
