Code Ann. § 48-27-70","heading":"Bond and salary of secretary.","body":"A secretary to the board shall give a surety bond to the State in such sum as the Director of the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation may determine. The premium on such bond shall be regarded as a proper and necessary expense of the board and shall be paid out of the fund of the Board of Registration for Foresters.
