Code Ann. § 48-45-80","heading":"Advisory committee; members; terms.","body":"There is hereby created an advisory committee to the Consortium Director to consist of seven members who shall serve for terms of four years and until their successors are appointed and qualified. Four members must be appointed by the Governor. The chairmen of the Senate Fish, Game and Forestry Committee, House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, and Department of Natural Resources Board shall each appoint one member upon the recommendation of a majority of the members of their respective committees and commissions.
