Code Ann. § 48-9-1290","heading":"Provisions as to acquisitions; operations or dispositions by other public bodies; property of districts tax free.","body":"No provisions with respect to the acquisition, operation or disposition of property by other public bodies of this State shall be applicable to a district organized under the provisions of this chapter unless the General Assembly shall specifically so state.
