Code Ann. § 49-17-1010","heading":"Notice of letting contract for improvement.","body":"The board of drainage commissioners shall cause notice to be given for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the county wherein such improvement is located, if such there be, and publication for the same length of time in at least one engineering or contracting journal of wide circulation of the time and place of letting the work of construction of such improvement.
