Code Ann. § 49-17-1830","heading":"Penalties for injury to drainage works.","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, damage or obstruct any levee, ditch, drain or watercourse constructed or improved under the provisions of this chapter or to build any bridge, fence or floodgate in such way as to injure or damage any such levee, ditch, drain or watercourse.
