Code Ann. § 49-17-50","heading":"Drainage record.","body":"The clerk of the court of common pleas shall provide a suitable book to be known as the \"Drainage Record\" in which he shall transcribe every petition, motion, order, report, judgment or finding of the board in every drainage transaction that may come before it in such a manner as to make a complete and continuous record of the case.
