Code Ann. § 49-17-830","heading":"Officers; seal.","body":"The commissioners shall organize by electing from among their number a chairman and a vice-chairman. They shall also elect a secretary, either within or without their body. The treasurer of the county in which the proceedings were instituted shall be ex officio treasurer of such drainage commissioners.
