Code Ann. § 49-19-1820","heading":"Notice of suit to enforce lien.","body":"Notice of the pendency of such suit shall be given by publication once each week for four successive weeks before judgment is entered for the sale of such lands in some newspaper published in the county in which such suits may be pending.
