Code Ann. § 49-19-1900","heading":"Suit for collection of delinquent taxes by bondholder.","body":"In case the district shall fail to commence suit within ninety days after the taxes have become delinquent the holder of any bond issued by the district may bring suit for the collection of the delinquent taxes.
