Code Ann. § 49-19-2120","heading":"Sale of bonds.","body":"All of such bonds shall be executed and delivered to the treasurer of the district who shall sell them in such quantities and at such dates as the board of supervisors may deem necessary to meet the payments for the works and improvements in the district.
