Code Ann. § 5-21-260","heading":"Notice of filing of petition.","body":"Upon the filing of such a petition the municipal council shall give notice that it has been filed and will be open for public inspection on all secular days during the week following the publication of the notice and that action will be taken on the petition on some occasion specified in such notice, not sooner than ten days following the occasion when the notice shall be published.
