Code Ann. § 5-25-1120","heading":"Manner in which buildings in fire limits shall be constructed.","body":"Every building hereafter erected or enlarged within the fire limits shall be enclosed on all sides with walls constructed wholly of stone, well-burned brick, terra cotta, concrete or other equivalent incombustible materials and shall have the roof and the roof top and sides of all roof structures, including dormer windows, covered with incombustible material.
