Code Ann. § 5-3-250","heading":"Extension of corporate limits to include cemeteries.","body":"Any municipality may extend its corporate limits so as to include any or all cemeteries adjoining the municipality, for the purposes only of police and sanitary measures, by the passage of an ordinance declaring them to be a portion of the municipality.
