Code Ann. § 5-3-260","heading":"Annexation of church property.","body":"Any area owned entirely by an established church or religious group which is contiguous to a municipality may be annexed to the municipality upon the petition of the governing body of the church or religious group being submitted to the governing body of a municipality.
