Code Ann. § 5-31-870","heading":"Sewerage commission; records.","body":"A permanent record shall be made and kept by each sewerage commission of all its proceedings, contracts and other matters done and performed by it, including an accurate plan of the work done, showing the situation of the sewerage pipes, manholes, water flushes and all other things relating thereto that should be shown.
