Code Ann. § 5-31-880","heading":"Use of streets, highways and public buildings for sewerage purposes.","body":"Any municipal corporation in this State, for the purpose of enlarging, extending or establishing a system of sewerage, may use any of the streets of such municipal corporation, and any of the public buildings, roads and highways of the county in which the municipality is located for the purpose of constructing, operating, repairing and protecting such system.
