Code Ann. § 50-11-15","heading":"Baiting prohibited in area over which migratory birds are hunted; penalties;.","body":"(A) It is unlawful to bait, assist in baiting, or cause to be baited an area over which migratory birds are being hunted if the persons engaged in the hunting have a lawful right to hunt that area.
