Code Ann. § 50-11-2560","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating the provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than three hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not more than sixty days for each violation.
