Code Ann. § 50-11-32","heading":"Hunting waterfowl on Lake Marion; penalty.","body":"It is unlawful to hunt waterfowl in Calhoun County on Lake Marion within two hundred yards of a residence without written permission of the owner and occupant. As used in this section, Lake Marion includes the public waters in Calhoun County from the confluence of the Congaree and Wateree Rivers downstream to Poplar Creek.
