Code Ann. § 50-11-38","heading":"Hunting migratory waterfowl on Lake Moultrie.","body":"It is unlawful to hunt migratory waterfowl on Lake Moultrie within two hundred yards of a dwelling without written permission of the owner and occupant. As used in this section, Lake Moultrie means all waters impounded by the Pinopolis Dam, including the Diversion Canal and those waters of the Re-diversion Canal within the Santee Cooper project area.
