Code Ann. § 50-13-685","heading":"Penalties for violation of article; suspension of license, tags, or permits.","body":"Except as otherwise provided, a person violating this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
