Code Ann. § 50-18-215","heading":"Authority of the Department of Natural Resources; permits and licenses; exclusion of saltwater species.","body":"(A) The Department of Natural Resources has regulatory authority for permitting and licensing pertaining to aquaculture and aquaculture businesses, as provided in this chapter.
