Code Ann. § 50-5-2517","heading":"Mammalian dolphin or porpoise; prohibited activities; penalty.","body":"Except when authorized by a federal permit, it is unlawful for any person to catch, attempt to catch, feed, feed by hand, kill, or harass any mammalian dolphin or porpoise.
