Code Ann. § 50-5-975","heading":"Commercial and personal harvest limited to areas specified on permit; penalties; voluntary surrender of commercial permit.","body":"(A) A person permitted to harvest shellfish from state- owned bottoms for commercial purposes must harvest, whether for commercial or personal use, from only the areas of state bottoms specified on the permit.
