Code Ann. § 50-9-70","heading":"Alteration or fraudulent issuance or obtainment of license, permit, tag, or stamp; violations.","body":"It is unlawful to alter a license, permit, tag, or stamp issued pursuant to this title or issue, obtain, or attempt to obtain a license, permit, tag, or stamp by fraud. A person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
